October/ November is always a great time of year as there just doesn’t ever seem to be a slowdown of music being unleashed into the world. This week is of course no different – we’ve had some stellar music videos from the likes of Rolo Tomassi, Deaf Havana, Waterparks and more. Take a peek at our list below to see our favourites of the past week.
Rolo Tomassi – Rituals
Following its debut on the Radio 1 Rock Show, Rolo Tomassi have unveiled the video for their latest single ‘Rituals’. The track is the band’s first single released after working on new material for the past 18 months, so make sure what they’ve got in store by checking it out below:
Funeral Shakes – Over You
The new power group of the moment Funeral Shakes, featuring members of Gallows, Nervus and The Smoking Hearts have just released their new single ‘Over You’ taken off their forthcoming self-titled album. The album is dropping February of next year, but check out what you can expect by watching their new video here.
Blood Youth – Parasite
Love Blood Youth and how energetic their live shows can get? Well, their new music video for ‘Parasite’ is a great example of what goes down at one of the band’s shows. “Parasite is probably the heaviest song we have written so far! Lyrically it’s about how substances can radically change who we are as a person. The kindest people can turn into raging maniacs after a few drinks. I remember seeing it happen when I was in a bar,” explains frontman Kaya Tarsus.
All Time Low – Good Times
All Time Low are returning to the UK next Spring, but before then they’ve dropped a new music video for ‘Good Times’ taken off their recently released Last Young Renegade. Frontman Alex Gaskarth describes the video as featuring “small glimpses into amazing lives we see within, and the beautiful, diverse people it represents.”
Black Rebel Motorcycle Club – Little Thing Gone Wild
It’s been a long upwards ride for acclaimed California band Black Rebel Motorcycle Club – now gearing up to release their seventh studio album Wrong Creatures, the band have revealed the video for their first single ‘Little Thing Gone Wild’. Here’s a first look at what the new album is going to sound like.
Waterparks – Blonde
Waterparks are no doubt one of the most colourful bands around, and so of course it’s no surprise that their latest video for ‘Blonde’ is a burst of colourful visuals. The extremely fun track is taken off the band’s upcoming album Entertainment, which drops January 26th 2018.
Frank Turner – There She Is
Frank Turner announced his single ‘There She Is’ earlier this month, as it will appear on his forthcoming songs collection Songbook – a look back at ten of his best tracks as well as ten new special tracks. Now he’s also released an acoustic rendition of ‘There She Is’, filmed at London’s RAK Studios.
Deaf Havana – L.O.V.E
Ahead of their headline tour this week, Deaf Havana give us a reminder of what catching them on stage is like with their latest video for ‘L.O.V.E’. The band head out on the road throughout November, starting on the 9th in Brighton and ending in Exeter on the 25th.
