5 Things We’re Looking Forward To This Festival Season

The streets may have just cleared of snow in the UK, but believe it or not, festival season isn't far away. In just over two months crowds will be bundling into Slam Dunk Festival, and gearing up for a weekend at Download, Reading and Leeds, and the Radio 1's new The Biggest Weekend

And there's no time like the present to start planning your festival season - here are our top five moments we're stoked to see during this year's festival season as released so far.

4. Bastille at Rize Festival

Bastille snagged a top spot at V Festival‘s successor, Rize Festival, this summer – and we are beyond excited.

The indie quartet are fantastic showmen, mixing their top ten tunes with political statements in videography and stage sets throughout their shows. This brand new festival sees them take the spot below headliners the Stereophonics on Saturday, August 18.

Though the jury’s still out on whether Rize can live up to the bar V Festival has set over the years, there’s no question Bastille’s show will be worth catching.
