9. Haggard Cat

You might recognise Nottingham’s Matt Reynolds and Tom Marsh from Heck, formerly one of the most chaotic and intense live bands on the UK scene. Their sets have been among the highlights of 2000 Trees in the past, but tragically last summer they decided to call it quits. If we can’t have them, we can have the next best thing in the form of Haggard Cat (previously known by the slightly less snappy moniker Haggard Cat Bothday Present, or HCBP for short). Matt and Tom’s side project is now ready to be fully unleashed upon the world and what better place to do this than at 2000 Trees?
