Recently pop punk vets Good Charlotte made an unexpected appearance on the quiz show Pointless. Well, sort of. During the final round, one of the questions featured was to name the band's UK Top 40 songs. Although it wasn't the question the contestants went for in the end, it was definitely interesting to see which of the tracks were pointless answers. One thing's for sure - if we were in the 100 people surveyed beforehand, at least a couple of these songs wouldn't be pointless.
Throwing it all the way back to 2004, ‘Predictable’ was Good Charlotte‘s lead single from The Chronicles Of Life And Death, and if the band ever had a goth phase this was it. Who else loves the bridge where Joel Madden is yelling in a phone booth? Fun little fact – a Japanese version of the single was released, so if you ever wanted to hear Benji Madden sing in Japanese, you’re welcome.
