Here at Mosh there’s very little we love more than discovering new music. Luckily for us, each week brings a whole batch of new music videos for us to check out, and this past week has been no exception.
Parting Gift – Vein & Rensing
Manchester based band Parting Gift released not one, but two new tracks in their double whammy of a music video – ‘Vein’ and ‘Rensing’. The two are meant to represent the black and white of human relationships, so of course it’s a monochromatic cinematic delight.
As Sirens Fall – Lily
The new music video by As Sirens Fall is here, and frontman Mikey Lord shares: “We wanted the video to reflect the song in as dramatic a way as possible. I think people will take different messages and meanings away from ‘Lily’ after seeing it. For us, at least, it is totally about survival and hope. Hope that the sun will soon rise.”
Gold Steps – Firestarter
Austin pop-punk band Gold Steps are about to release their EP Incandescent in May, and they’ve now revealed its opening track ‘Firestarter’. “Even in your darkest moments, when you feel like everything’s working against you and you want to give up, there’s still an ember, a spark inside of you; and if you nurture that spark, you can come back burning brighter and stronger than ever. You just have to work for it.” explains vocalist Liz Mauritz.
The Faim – Midland Line
Australian pop-punk trio The Faim have unveiled their brand new single ‘Midland Line’, which was produced by John Feldmann. The track’s release comes just before the band heads out on tour across the UK supporting Lower Than Atlantis in April.
Underoath – Rapture
Following the premiere of their latest single ‘Rapture’ on the Radio 1 Rock Show, Underoath have revealed its accompanying music video. The track is a massive jam, and is a great teaser of their upcoming album Erase Me.
