From Mastodon To All Time Low, The Music Videos You Shouldn’t Miss Out On This Week

Quite a few fantastic music videos have been released this past week, from animated videos to performance videos from the likes of Mastodon, Parkway Drive and All Time Low.

Mastodon – Clandestiny

The legendary Mastodon have just revealed the music video for their brand new track ‘Clandestiny’. The track appears on the band’s latest release Emperor Of Sand, and the dystopian/ sci-fi music video for it takes place in a retro-future world.

Cancer Bats – Gatekeeper

Here’s another animated video that’s been released this week – this time for Cancer Bats‘Gatekeeper’. The band worked togetehr with Stevie Gee, who directed and wrote the short story music video. Lead vocalist Liam Joseph Cormier comments, “We are way too excited to release one of the greatest videos we have had the pleasure of being connected to. We cannot take any credit for it, STEVIE GEE is the creative mastermind behind the whole thing and HE DREW ALL OF IT!!”

Parkway Drive – Prey

Byron Bay band Parkway Drive are in the lead up to releasing their new album Reverence, which is out on 4th May via Epitaph Records. Shortly before the album’s release, the Australian metallers have unveiled the music video for their track ‘Prey’, which you can check out below.

At The Gates – Daggers Of Black Haze

In anticipation of the release of their new album To Drink From The Night Itself in May, At The Gates have shared the music video for their new track ’Daggers Of Black Haze’. Vocalist Tomas Lindberg comments: ”Daggers of Black Haze represents the more progressive side of the new record. It has a lot of reference-points to our early back catalogue, both style wise, and the emotional setting. It is desperate and urgent, but still melancholic and epic. It is conceptually one of the cornerstones of the album.”

All Time Low – Afterglow

All Time Low’s latest single ’Afterglow’ was shot on the band’s recent headline run in the UK, including footage from the band’s sold out Ally Pally gig. Give the video a watch below for a glimpse at the special tour.
